About Us

Emperor Entertainment Productions Company evolved out of the need to organize charity events to serve the community by the directors. The directors happened to come together to support various charitable causes, and developed the idea of setting up an event company to better serve the charities.

It has since undertaken numerous medium & large scale community events & performances, as well as many large scale charity events.  Its clienteles include corporations, associations, temples, charities & grassroot organizations.

Yap Say Pin (叶世品)

A veteran Mediacorp actor who has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He is also a superb singer, and is always keen to exercise his vocal cord for charities.  He is the Charity Ambassador for the Singapore Action for AIDS, as well as KDF, devoting much of his talent and effort for charitable causes. Say Pin’s familiarity with personalities in the entertainment industry offers his Company an edge in organizing large scale concerts and stage events.

Chen Tian Wen (陈天文)

A Mediacorp veteran actor with over 30 years of experience, who starred in many Mandarin dramas throughout the 1990s, and his film credits include Ah Boys to Men 2, Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen and The Lion Men: Ultimate Showdown. He was thrown into the spotlight when a local movie he acted in : “Ilo ilo” won a Cannes Film Festival award. Tian Wen is also a good singer, and he hit the headlines in 2015 when a parody music video he starred in, titled “Unbelievable”, went viral. Since then he has been lending his vocal talent for charitable causes. He is the Charity Ambassador for Singapore Action for AIDS, as well as KDF, and has been actively promoting knowledge of HIV Aids as well as raising fund for kidney patients. Tian Wen’s wide connection with people and resources in the entertainment world presents a great advantage when the company undertakes stage events.

Lawrence Lim (林胜来)

Lawrence runs a design and printing company, and has been involved in organizing stage performances and concerts for charitable causes since joining the Home Nursing Foundation as a volunteer in1997. Up till 2009, he spearheaded the organization of the Foundation’s “Seniors’ Night” during CNY season, treating 2000 elders to a grand occasion at Singapore Expo.

He then joined the fund-raising committee of the Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF), and helped to organize the Chinese Hungry Ghost’s Month donation campaign since 2003, till the present day.

After joining Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society in 2007, he has helped to organize more than 10 fund-raising events such as charity dinners, staged performances and concerts. Lawrence continues to be actively involved in the activities of various charities & associations.

Sandy Pang (冯沁颜)

A former SBC actress, Sandy was one of the first batch trainees of SBC’s singing training class established to cultivate musical talents for the organization.  She was well known as one of the “Three Blossoming Flowers” of SBC in the 80s.  Being well-versed in the organization of stage performances, Sandy has been the pillar behind Emperor Entertainment’s undertaking of large scale stage events. Since the establishment of the company, she has taken a lead role in the organization of high-profile events, and also performed in many of the shows, each time with great success.
